Chris has more than 15 years of experience working with older adults in both skilled nursing and assisted living communities. He has a passion for those that need assistance in achieving independence and the highest quality of life possible. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration with a focus in Long Term Care. He spent nearly 10 years managing support departments within skilled nursing homes and has spent the last 6 years managing assisted living communities focusing on Memory Care and those suffering from cognitive disease. River Oaks of Minnesota has been a dream of his for many years and is proud to bring his passion and experience to help those in need.
Jodi is an LPN for the past 14 years with experience in skilled nursing for the past 20. Jodi started her career as a CNA. Jodi attended Hennipen Technical College and graduated in 2001. Jodi is currently attending Excelsior College to obtain her RN degree. Jodi’s clinical experience includes wound care, behavior management, and has been a manager for the past 8 years in skilled nursing, working with the population who has a diagnosis of mental illness. Jodi is dedicated to assuring a positive patient experience as well as improving safety and quality of life.
Greg is a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience in skilled nursing with 16 years as a Director of Nursing. Greg graduated from Anoka Ramsey Community College and stared his career in Long Term Care with the Good Samaritan Society. Throughout his work Greg has sought to advance the work of long term care. Whether participating in Quality Collaboratives for the development of best practices for pain management or sitting on Quality Committees with the leading trade organizations, Care Providers and Leading Age, Greg has been involved in the forefront of healthcare services. Greg has had a passion for caring for those challenged with mental health issues and believes creating an environment that optimizes their quality of life. Greg seeks to support resources where those environments can be realized.
Cori has been a Licensed Social Worker for the past 8 years. She obtained her Bachelor degree from Bemidji State University and is currently pursuing her MBA from Augsburg College. During those eight years as a social worker; Cori has worked in skilled nursing facility working with those who have high medical needs, mental illness and working on rehabilitation. Cori is a passionate advocate for independently living, quality of and quality of care.
Hayley attended Winona State University, and graduated with her Bachelors in Social Work. She has always had a passion for Mental Health, and advocating for those that need assistance in achieving independence. Hayley recently worked at a facility that specialized in individuals with a Traumatic Brain Injury. She is hoping to soon again attend WSU to obtain her Master’s degree in Social Work. She is married, has one son, and a Rottweiler mix named Cooper. Hayley is looking forward to helping increase the quality of life to the individuals at River Oaks.
Robb has worked in the healthcare field specializing in patient care for the last 12 years. He has more than 6 years of experience as a CNA working in a long-term care facility, and as an anesthesia tech in the operating room of a major hospital. He is a St. Cloud State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Community Psychology and Geriatric Care. Prior to joining River Oaks at Lake Pepin, Robb has had extensive experience managing 7 high medical and behavioral adult corporate foster homes in Minneapolis, MN. Robb has a passion for working with older adults in the healthcare field and enjoys bringing his experience to assist in the coaching and development of the staff at River Oaks at Lake Pepin.
