Christopher King
Chief Operating Officer
Cofounding River Oaks of Minnesota in 2015 has been a lifelong dream of Chris’ and he is proud to bring his passion and experience to help those in need. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration with a focus on Long-Term Care and has more than 20 years of experience working with older adults in both skilled nursing and assisted-living communities. He leads the senior leadership of River Oaks of Minnesota with strong beliefs of promotion from within based on performance and every leader always sets and displays the standard for those they are trying to lead. He has a passion for those that need assistance in achieving independence and the highest quality of life possible. Chris believes that a person-centered approach is not only key to the residents and staff at River Oaks of Minnesota having great outcomes but is also the best way to interact with all involved in the organization.

Jodi King
Corporate Director of Nursing
Jodi has been a nurse since 2001 with experience in skilled nursing starting 1995. She started her nursing career as an LPN after attending Hennepin Technical College and graduating in 2001. Since then she has gone on to received her associates degree in nursing. Her clinical experience includes wound care and behavior management in a skilled nursing environment. Jodi has developed an advanced specialty in mental health care and the associated medical and behavioral health variables. Jodi is dedicated to assuring a positive patient experience as well as improving safety and quality of life.

Stephanie Krieg
Director of Community Relations
Stephanie graduated from Northwestern University in St Paul in 1996 and has many years of experience as an Educator. She comes to us in a newly created position of Director of Community Relations. In this role she is dedicated to attentively working alongside our referral network and engaging in the entire intake process of new residents. She is focused on creating and developing strong relationships with our referral partners. She is committed to educating potential and current referral sources about our special focus on Mental Illness. She feels strongly that River Oaks of Minnesota is uniquely able to meet the needs of the residents that will call us home!

Cori Barker
Vice President of Operations
Cori is the Vice President of Operations for River Oaks of MN and has been with the company since 2016. She ensures well-ordered operations off all River Oaks of MN facilities, along with training and education for all staff. Cori has her Master’s in Business, Licensed by the state of MN Board of Social Work and MN Board of Executives for Long-Term Care Services and Supports. Cori has also received her certification as a Mental Health First Aid instructor. In a long-term care setting, Cori has spent her career working with individuals with high medical needs and mental health conditions. Cori strongly advocates for person-centered care planning, Resident Rights, and behavioral health education.

Hayley Solis
Administrator / LALD
Hayley received her Bachelors in Social Work from Winona State University in 2017. While pursuing her degree, she worked with individuals with traumatic brain injuries and mental illness. After graduation, she wanted to continue her journey in mental health and joined the River Oaks team. Hayley thrives in building positive relationships with everyone she meets. Her goal is to help the residents find joy and fulfillment in all aspects of their lives while maintaining a person-centered care approach.

Jamie Erickson
Administrator / LSW / LALD
Before joining the River Oaks team, Jamie received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work, with a Psychology minor, from St. Cloud State University in 2011. Soon after she became a Licensed Social Worker, in 2012, and spent her first years as a social worker working with individuals with mental illness in a long-term care setting. Jamie has always had a passion for working with individuals with mental illness, striving to improve their quality of living and to assist and educate others in understanding the population.

Katelin Dietel
Administrator / LGSW
Katelin received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management from Mankato State University in 2015. She started her career in the mental health field working as a Mental Health Behavioral Aide. She decided to continue her education at Mankato State University and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2018. She became a Licensed Graduate Social Worker and continued her career in the mental health field as an ARMHS worker. Katelin has always had a passion for helping others and looked for an opportunity to use her education and leadership skills within her career. Katelin joined the River Oaks team in 2021 as the Director of Social Services and quickly moved into the Administrator role. Katelin continues to learn and grow as a professional and is currently working towards her LICSW and LALD. Katelin’s focus is to lead by example and provide residents with a healthy and safe environment. Her goal is to continue educating others and reduce the stigma around mental health.

Aaron Krienke
Assistant Administrator / CFPM
Aaron has worked in the medical field; serving the elderly since 2007, he has worked in various settings including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and hospitals. In 2021 Aaron revived his Certified Food Protection Managers certification and continues his pursuit of his LALD. Aaron has come to River Oaks to continue his support and passion in working in mental health. He strives to educate not only staff, but also members of the community about what we do.
